In this trend, Kroma Entertainment is a media agency organized around creators in their 20s and 30s. We met with CEO Kim Yo-han, who aspires to 'color' every company and brand beautifully, much like 'Chroma' enhances color vividness through light, to hear more details.

“Kroma Entertainment is a young content agency composed of creators in their 20s and 30s. We handle the entire process of various new media content—including commercials, web dramas, web entertainment, and promotional videos—from planning to filming, editing, and marketing, collaborating with many domestic and international media companies.”
“While broadcasting stations were mainstream in the TV era, the media market is undergoing innovative changes with the emergence of new platforms like cable TV and social media. In response to these changes, we have constantly contemplated which direction to take, exploring new territories beyond established institutions.”
“Ultimately, I believed that the ability to act beyond the framework of established institutions would open up greater achievements and opportunities. Kroma Entertainment is filled with the passion to transform the media industry more vibrantly by creating unique content through new ideas and experimental challenges with young and dynamic creators.”
Q. What are your points of differentiation?
“Kroma Entertainment values corporate identity and tries to express each creator's personality even in advertising content, though we've felt that colors can sometimes fade during coordination with clients. We emphasize that the value of content lies not in satisfying everyone, but in clearly revealing the creator's intent and characteristics. When communicating with clients, we propose ideas and approach them in unique ways, which has garnered positive responses.”
“As a video producer, the most important element is maintaining an objective perspective. To make a video stand out in the market, we consider the value that makes people want to click and share, keeping 'hooking' and popularity in mind. In the planning stage, we pursue creative directions that are uncommon in the market and approach filming and editing differently. We aim to find success in new territories rather than following trends, continuously making bold attempts in the original content field.”

Q. What are your future goals or directions?
Kroma Entertainment has a great passion for original content production and currently operates web drama and music video channels with support from the Korea Creative Content Agency. We aim to increase our value as an advertising agency while simultaneously securing original IPs.
