Gyeonggi Province 9th-Term Brand Campaign for All Residents / Song by Kyoungseo / 6,000 wishes, one song / Resident comment bubbles: #My Wish Safety and hope in daily life, #Family’s Wish Family happiness, my child’s future, #Neighborhood’s Wish Change in my neighborhood, “Gyeonggi is reading” / About 6,000 resident comments became the lyrics, in an AI music video sung by Gyeonggi ambassador KyoungseoBackground / A new Gyeonggi’s first message begins with residents’ words / As the 9th term began, we needed a province-wide brand campaign to share a new vision and direction with all residents. But a slogan set first by the administration didn’t fit. Those who live in Gyeonggi know best what a new Gyeonggi should be. / So the campaign asked before it spoke. / To. Gyeonggi Q1 What do ‘I’ want from Gyeonggi? / Q2 What does ‘our family’ want from Gyeonggi? / Q3 What does ‘our neighborhood’ want from Gyeonggi? / Your story makes Gyeonggi / About 6,000 comments residents left in the pre-promotion: Family happiness, My child’s future, Neighborhood change, Safety and hope in daily life / Objective: 6,000 wishes, one song / About 6,000 comments carried honest wishes of people living in Gyeonggi: family happiness, children’s future, neighborhood change, safety and hope in daily life. / AS-IS Official statement → TO-BE Residents’ wishes / Resident participation became raw material for the final creative, not just an eventCreative Idea / Residents as co-lyricists, not campaign models / Residents’ comments, through AI, become Kyoungseo’s song / Residents’ comments were learned by AI and shaped into one set of lyrics, reinterpreting Gyeonggi ambassador Kyoungseo’s signature song ‘To My X’ with a new meaning. / Residents create the message → AI connects it → Kyoungseo: one person’s song becomes every resident’s voice / Creative Points / Point 1 Raw material, not quotes: lyrics in residents’ words. About 6,000 comments were not event data but core creative assets that shaped the music video’s lyrics and visuals. / Point 2 AI as a medium: wishes into one story. AI visuals of Gyeonggi’s places and communities came from comment keywords, blended with footage of real residents. / Point 3 A familiar melody and voice, a Gyeonggi you can talk to. We turned “Gyeonggi,” a vast administrative unit, into a close presence you can speak to. Kyoungseo sang it herself. / Point 4 Mics across Gyeonggi: residents speak up. Real microphones were set up across Gyeonggi, so residents could say what they wish for Gyeonggi right where they live. / Instead of declaring a new term’s start, Gyeonggi began by listening to its residents’ wishes
Result / 6,000 comments became the first song of a new Gyeonggi / Residents’ voices make Gyeonggi / About 6,000 pre-promotion resident comments / 122,480 Gyeonggi official YouTube views (as of 2026.10.01) / Scenes: Mics everywhere, Kyoungseo recording, Title in the sky, AI scenes + comments, Residents singing, Comments in the sky / Meaning: A song for one person, now a letter to my region / The writer: residents, lyrics made from comments / The singer: Kyoungseo, singing their hearts / The speaker: residents, voicing wishes at the mic / A reverse brand campaign that began with “What do residents want to say to Gyeonggi?”
